How The Repurchase Process Works
1 — Reach Out To Us
Share your order details along with clear product photos with our support team for an initial review.
2 — Product Assessment
Our team carefully checks the product condition and verifies eligibility under the program guidelines.
3 — Secure Packaging & Shipment
Once approved, the product must be safely packed and shipped to our verification facility.
(Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer separately.)
4 — Receive Your Repurchase Amount
After successful inspection and approval, the eligible repurchase amount will be processed within 3–5 working days.

✔ Valid for orders made on or after May 14th, 2026 and within 2 years from date of purchase
✔ Applicable only on selected Gold & Silver Plated product purchases made directly from Tyohar
✔ No major scratches, cracks, or physical damage
✔ Protective finish should remain intact
