Face Roller (Best for Morning use)

A face roller is ideal for depuffing your face right after you wake up. The best way to use it is after refrigerating it overnight, so you get a refreshing, super-cooling experience.
Make sure you have applied some sort of product such as a Serum or Moisturizer, after your daily skincare routine, just before using this tool.
Start at the base of your neck and roll the tool in an upward motion till your jaw.
Move up on your face and work on it outwards, on the cheeks; from an imaginary center line which is your nose, towards your ears where the lymph nodes drain from your face.
Glide on your forehead too.
Repeat each stroke at least 3 to 4 times.

Gua Sha (Best for Night Use)

Massaging the tool on your face at night time will remove all muscle tension, increase collagen production, and ensure a good night’s sleep!
Make sure you have applied some sort of product such as a Serum or Moisturizer, after your daily skincare routine, just before using this tool.
Gently press and scrape in an upward motion. Start at the base of your neck and work your way up to your jawline.
For your jawline and cheeks, scrape upwards and glide towards your ears. You can press under the eyes and across the eyebrows, gliding towards your temple.
Finish up with more upward scrapes on the forehead up to the hairline.
Repeat each stroke at least 3 to 4 times. You may give a little more pressure to the acupressure points of your face or body.
